Red Hots strike again

This year Cruz and Tyce were able to play on the same soccer team!  

Beau coached and they worked it.

Tyce was the youngest but wasn't afraid to get in the mix of the game.

He did a lot of looking cute

and talking to everyone about everything.

(Millie was on the team too!!)

Tyce got down on himself for not making any goals.  After a few games, Beau set him up by the goal, so Cruz could pass him the ball.  The plan was that he'd get it and score.  It may or may not have worked out well...

He sure was stoked to get his very 1st trophy!

He chased that ball down and scored multiple times.  

 It was nice to have him be a little star player because he gets so pumped in a good way.  He and Millie were great teammates!

Play School

With a name like Play School, who wouldn't want to go??  Tyce has loved this year of new friends and new places to play (especially with other peoples toys ;)

Here we are on our last day of Play School at our house.  Enjoying a green smoothie after a trampoline jump session, slack line balancing and some zipline fun to top it off!

Oshyn got the opportunity to go on the YM high desert trip with Beau.  He saw, did, and experienced many new things.  Such a fun time for them to be together...in the middle of NOWHERE.

Sunny again!

Heavenly Father tells Seattle when I'm coming.  He knows how much I love warm rays and cringe at overcast, raininess.  Seattle is infamous for its rain, yet in all the times I have visited, the sun has won more days than rain.  Boy is Washington beautiful in blue skies.  We had a blast spending time near Lake Washington in Kirkland wet bodies and all--I think they all thought it was summer :)

We are quite the parade in the airport for multiple reasons...

Maybe it was because everyone (but Kai) was dragging a bag down the corridor or possibly just the amount of small male bodies in general.  If I only had a quarter for the amount of times we heard

"WOW!! You have FOUR BOYS!?!?" or saw wide eyes as we passed.  Is 4 the new 8? or what?

Regardless, they were all fantastic travelers and we had a wonderful celebration of Zach's cord of honor and Ian's missionary farewell.

Serious Business

here in Woodbridge today.  Cruz has been planning for months to have a "Toy Sale".  Finally we made it happen on one of the first beautiful sunny days.  After he and Tyce set it all up, we sat there and waited.  Every car that drove by slowed down...mainly because we live in front of a round about, but he was sure it was because they were checking out the toys.  I was hoping someone would at least stop.  My little prayer was answered when a nice lady stopped and gave them a $3 donation because they were "so cute".  Next, a friend of ours brought her daughter by to pick out a toy (hard to do in a table full of manly toys).  Luckily she likes cars.

Growing

I remember being told to put a brick on my head when I was little, so I wouldn't grow up too fast.  I find myself thinking the same thing about my boys...I need a lot of bricks!

is getting to break out my most favorite green, front carrying kid seat ever and seeing my little sweetie boy with a ginormous helmet on.  He loves it.  I love it.  And when he gets tired, he lays his helmet head on the side of the seat.  We are back in biking business!
