*Decorating easter eggs--food coloring and rubber bands work great!
*Excitement over underpants and a water bottle from the Easter bunny
*Matching argyle socks on all 3 boys
*Resurrection Eggs--best thing I ever made in Relief Society to remember the true reason for Easter
*Eggs ala Golden Rod--scrumptious way to use decorated hard boiled eggs
8 hard boiled eggs (whites chopped, yolks grated)
Make a white sauce (3 T flour and 4 T melted butter into a rue...then add 1 cup of milk, whisk until smooth)
Put in skillet and stir until thick (put chopped whites in too!) adding more milk as needed
Salt and pepper to taste
Serve over toast (sprinkle the grated yolks on top!)
*Easter--a great excuse to try and make a bunny ice cream cake

Isn't Easter the best!?! Sounds like you guys had a great one. I'm really curious about the resurrection eggs and Eggs a la golden rod. I'm always looking for new creative ways to celebrate and especially bring in the real purpose for the celebration.

I love the dress by the way! Cruz is especially beautiful in it! I knew you were good with a sewing machine! You can't trick me anymore!! That dress is adorable! Plus, you can pull out that picture later on in life!
What studs. Oshyn is such a cutie with glasses. When did he get them? Loved it. I'm glad you guys had such a great time and just know that I had eggs al la golden rod as well. I can't believe we share that same tradition. CRAZY.
